2023 Harvest Contest Exhibition
$2 per entry
Enteries Accepted: 9am-12pm
Judging: 1pm-3pm
Awards Assigned: 3pm-4pm
Pickup: 5pm
All exhibits will remain throughout the event and may be picked up at 5:00pm along with prize ribbons. Any exhibits not picked up at the end of the event will be disposed of.

No more than one entry per Class (Letter- ex: a,b,c,...) per exhibitor. All entries must be labeled for what they are and what Category and Class they will be entered for.

All perishable items will be disposed of at the discretion of Petals from The Past.

All exhibits are judged by comparison and on a competitive basis. Where there is only one exhibit submitted in a class. A first place prize cannot be awarded. In this instance, the exhibit will be awarded a Second place or lesser ribbon based on the meritorious nature of the exhibit.

All Agricultural and food exhibits must have been grown/made during the 2023 calendar year.

All food preservation entries must be in a clear glass standard canning jar with rings and bands intact. Dried foods do not have to be sealed.

Agricultural products must have been grown by the exhibitor.

Ribbons will be awarded in each Class (letter) for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
Recommendation:
Presentation matters, we encourage you to display your entry in a unique way. Overall visual appeal will be part of judging for all categories.
