About the event

with Gina Hamilton | Black Barn Blossoms

Black Barn Blossoms started growing specialty cut flowers in 2020 on our 75 acre farm in Vernon, FL.  We are Gina & Hank Hamilton, owners and operators of the farm. We are a boutique grower using a small scale footprint on our farm at approximately 3/4 acre and practice a no till method utilizing a mix of raised beds and permaculture.  We also fertilize organically and avoid the use of harsh chemicals.

Our flower farm serves retail customers in the Panhandle of Florida and lower Alabama.  We seed block, transplant and harvest every stem by hand and grow seasonal specialty cut flowers and greenery.  As a veteran family owned business, we love supporting our local communities and developing relationships while meeting all of their floral needs.

We are members of the Floret Collective, ASCFG, the Florida Agritourism Association, Fresh From Florida and an expert on Bloom TV Network.
