A WALK IN THE GARDEN HERBAL TEA BLEND
Ingredients: Roselle Hibiscus Calyxes, Blue Butterfly Pea Petals, Rose Petals, Peppermint, Red Raspberry Leaf, Calendula Petals, Lemon Balm, Lemon Grass, Elderflower, Lavender Buds, Dehydrated Oranges
Directions:
Add 1 tablespoon of the herbal tea blend to a tea diffuser. If you like your tea a little stronger, you can add more. Pour 8 ounces of filtered hot water over the blend, cover, and let it steep for 10 minutes. For a touch of sweetness, stir in some raw honey (preferably Just Dig It Farms honey).
