This blend features two star ingredients: chamomile, renowned for its calming effects, digestive support, and antioxidant benefits, and passionflower, recognized for its sedative properties that help relax muscles and relieve tension, promoting a restful night’s sleep. They are complemented by lemon balm and lemon verbena, which are excellent for enhancing the immune system, aiding digestion, and promoting restful sleep. This blend also features holy basil (tulsi), known for its ability to combat oxidative stress and reduce inflammation, along with catnip and anise hyssop—both renowned for their calming effects. A touch of cinnamon bark adds a warm, comforting flavor, while dehydrated oranges provide an extra boost of vitamin C.
